Your arrival time slot is the time when you arrive to the event, but not when you enter the haunted houses. Wait time applies and can be long on busy nights.
Tickets can be upgraded by opening your confirmation email and selecting the Manage Tickets tab. You can change your tickets to any available upgraded ticket that is not already sold out for that time slot.
