As stated in our policy, there are no refunds or exchanges – all sales are final.
However, tickets can be changed to a different date and time. Ticket transfers are available up to 24 hours before your original ticket date. You can change your tickets to another date and time by opening your confirmation email and selecting the Manage Tickets tab. You can change your tickets to any available date and time slot that is not already sold out. If there is a price difference from the original ticket price and the price to the new date and time you are selecting you will be charged the remaining balance.
